This is a unique role that is primarily full-stack application engineering using React, Node.js, and Python; however, we are looking for an engineer with a great product eye who can help bring our AI outputs to life for the user.
You’ll partner with customers, design, and research to understand real workflows, then ship products that make complex automation feel simple, clear, and trustworthy. You’ll blend technical depth with product instinct, shaping how healthcare teams interact with intelligent systems.
We are hiring across several seniority levels ranging from Mid-level up to Staff. At a minimum, we expect 5 years of software engineering experience with 2 years of direct React development.
Build and deliver full-stack applications using React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and SQL.
Partner with customers, design, and research teams to understand real workflows.
Ship products that make complex automation feel simple, clear, and trustworthy.
Help bring AI outputs to life through intuitive and effective user experiences.
Blend technical depth with product instinct when shaping product solutions.
Own features end-to-end, from scoping and design through implementation and deployment.
Create projects, prototypes, and demos to quickly develop and validate solutions for users.
Explore thoughtful ways to integrate AI into workflows and use AI to supercharge and improve user experiences.
Collaborate with customers, designers, researchers, and engineering teams.
Help shape how healthcare teams interact with intelligent systems.
At higher levels, provide technical guidance and leadership across projects and teams.
Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience for Senior-level candidates.
Minimum 2 years of direct React development experience.
Strong full-stack application engineering experience.
Expert knowledge of React.
Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, SQL, and Python.
Ability to build and strategize across the application stack.
Ability to own features end-to-end, from scoping and design through deployment.
Strong product instincts and ability to understand real-world user workflows.
Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, design, and research teams.
Passion for integrating AI into workflows and using AI to enhance and improve user experiences.
Ability to create projects, prototypes, and demos to develop solutions for users.
Bonus: Visual design skills and experience with Figma or Illustrator.
L2: Independently delivers a complete end-to-end project, owning design, implementation, and delivery of scoped work.
L3: Leads delivery of larger projects, handling increased technical complexity and ambiguity, while providing light guidance to L2s on shared work.
Senior: Team Lead responsible for managing a portfolio of projects that contribute to major technical initiatives.
Staff: Impact at the organizational level. Responsible for leading multiple teams or multiple broad initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that high-level technical goals are met across the entire organization.
