Presales Solution Architect

We are seeking a Presales Solution Architect to translate customer business requirements into scalable, innovative technology solutions. The role will partner closely with sales, customers, and technical teams to lead solution design, technical discussions, demonstrations, and proposal development.

The ideal candidate will combine strong solution architecture, technical consulting, client engagement, and communication skills to drive successful presales engagements and deliver compelling, value-driven solutions.

Partner with sales and customers to understand business requirements and technical needs.
Design and present scalable, end-to-end solution architectures aligned with customer objectives.
Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
Develop proposals, architecture diagrams, RFP/RFI responses, SOWs, and technical documentation.
Deliver POCs and demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities and business value.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, outcome-focused solutions for diverse stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
Evaluate technologies and recommend appropriate platforms, architectures, and integration approaches.
Support effort estimation, solution costing, technical assessments, and sales negotiations.
Identify technical risks, dependencies, and implementation considerations throughout the presales lifecycle.
Stay current with cloud, data, AI/ML, and emerging enterprise technologies.

5+ years of experience in Presales, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Solutions Engineering, or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, workshops, and presentations as required.
